There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to any absentee bid or over-the-phone bid. If you are the high bidder you must begin the process of wiring funds to Tasabah & Associates, LLC within an hour of placing the high bid.<br>

It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment.<br>

REMOVAL OF FIXTURES: Each buyer will be responsible for dismantling and removing the fixtures. Any damage or voids caused by the removal will need to be repaired. Normal wear & tear accepted.<br>
