By participating in this auction, Buyers agree to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC. <br>

All disputes will be settled in Alfalfa County Oklahoma. <br>
<br>
If purchases are not settled within 3 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Bellamy & Co. LLC. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of Bellamy & Co. LLC. No refunds will be given. Any items remaining on sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund. Any items Bellamy & Co. LLC hauls from sale site are subject to a $20.00+ per item hauling fee. Anyone who does not pick up items at the specified pick up time, is subject to a $20 convenience fee.<br>

Bellamy & Co. LLC reserve the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time. <br>

Items being auctioned may be subject to the Sellers confirmation during the auction. Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.<br>

Auctions are subject to buyer’s premium to determine the final bid price and standard 3.5% transaction fee unless paid with cash or check.<br>

Bidding Information: <br>

When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes. <br>

Bellamy & Co. LLC have put forth every effort to make accurate description of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold As Is Where IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted.<br>

All sales are final, a bid is a legal binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC.<br>

Bellamy & Co. LLC reserve the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, or place a reserve on any item. <br>

A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all lots in this auction.
