After 27 years in the Canoe Rental & Campground/Resort Business, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jewell have decided to call it quits and enjoy their time on the family farm. 27 years ago, Mr. Jewell admits, he had no idea how to even lift a canoe, much less navigate one down stream. Since then, the family has enjoyed running a profitable canoe rental business and resort, having met folks from all over the world. We are honored to have been chosen to send them into retirement by conducting this outstanding Real Estate and canoe business and equipment auction!
All property sells 'As Is, Where Is' without any warranties expressed or implied by the auction company or the sellers. IF a survey is needed where a tract has been split, the cost will be at the sellers expense. No survey will be given on any other tracts. <br>
