Our terrain is mostly level to gently rolling with some areas of moderate sloping and trails throughout. The highest reasonable pre-bid will be the opening bid for the LIVE auction which will begin at 10 AM. All registered pre-bidders will be eligible to participate in the simulcast auction.

· A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total bid price.
· A 20% deposit (escrow money) of the total purchase price of the real property will be due auction day with the balance being due within 30 days. If an internet bidder is the winner, Daniel Culps will call the winner to make arrangements to secure contract signature and escrow money.
